Toy Guns

InfoWars has a extremely detailed list of all the recent school administrations intimidating, threatening and expelling students for bubble guns, cap guns, and even pop tarts in the shape of a gun.  School shooting are major issue that need to be addressed.  However punishing children who do not know any better for carrying toys is not the proper way to address the issue.  What a fucking sad state of affairs when we think we can keep ourselves safe with superficial actions while actually avoiding and ignoring any real solutions.

The latest incident is linked above and involves a cap gun.  The best part is when the officials say that if there had been a cap in the gun at the time, it would have been considered an explosive and the police would have been called in.  The police would have been called in for... a cap gun because the cap is an explosive...  Think about that for a few more seconds and then tell me that state run propaganda centers are where you want your children spending their days.

This latest knee-jerk overreaction to children playing with anything that even remotely resembles a gun comes just days after another kindergartner was punished by school officials and forced to apologise for bringing a tiny miniature lego gun onto a school bus.
The list of previous incidents of this nature is now so long that it has prompted Maryland Sen. J. B. Jennings to introduce a bill to stop such idiotic over reactions being played out over and over again in schools.
In March, a 7-year-old boy from Maryland was suspended for unintentionally biting his pop tart into the shape of a gun.
A third grader in Michigan was reprimanded by school officials when he brought a cupcake to school with a plastic toy soldier, holding a gun, on top of it.
A ten year old Virginia boy who was arrested for taking a plastic toy gun to school was forced to deal with a potentially permanent criminal record over the incident.
A student in Florence, Arizona was recently suspended because he had a picture of a gun on his computer.
A six-year-old kindergartner in South Carolina was suspended for taking a small transparent plastic toy gun to school for a show and tell.
A five-year-old in Massachusetts who faced suspension for building a small toy gun out of lego bricks and play-shooting his classmates.
We also reported on an incident that erupted when a discussion between two children about a toy nerf gun caused a lockdown and a massive armed police response at two elementary schools in the Bronx.
In another incident, a Long Island high school was also placed on lock down for 6 hours in response to a student carrying a toy nerf gun.
The nerf gun was once again the deadly weapon of choice as a university campus in Rhode Island was placed on lockdown, causing panic and minor injuries when a stampede to flee the building ensued.
In another incident, a teacher at Malden High School in Massachusetts who glimpsed sight of a “gun”, alerted police who rushed to the scene only to discover a neon water pistol. School officials then vowed to track down the suspect who brought the toy to school using surveillance cameras.
A South Philadelphia elementary student was searched in front of classmates and threatened with arrest after she mistakenly brought a “paper gun” to school.
A 6-year-old boy was suspended from his elementary school, also in Maryland, for making a gun gesture with his hand and saying “pow”.
Another two 6-year-olds in Maryland were suspended for pointing their fingers into gun shapes while playing “cops and robbers” with each other.
A couple of second grade students at a Virginia elementary school were recently suspended for two days after violating the school’s “zero tolerance” policy on weapons when they pointed pencils at other students and made gun noises.
In Oklahoma, a five-year-old boy was also recently suspended for making a gun gesture with his hand.
A 13-year-old Middle School seventh grade student in Pennsylvania was also suspended for the same hand gesture.
The terrorists really are everywhere these days.

More Video of Police Breaking in to Homes

Last month a couple in California's home was forcefully broken in to by police who claimed they were responding to a domestic disturbance.  The couple claimed everything was fine but the officers broke in and tasered them anyway.  Now a new video appeared on YouTube of another woman who was attempting to explain to police that she was not the person who they were looking for based on a warrant.  Instead of allowing her to get her ID and prove her innocence they broke in to her home, handcuffed her and rummaged through her stuff.

Is there such thing as rule of law anymore, do cops even need warrants to come in to our homes?  Is there any point in allowing police officer their powers anymore.  I'm going to look through the news today and search for relevant queries that may bring me to stories in which police officers save someone and acted with good intentions.  If I find one I will be completely flabbergasted, it really is coming to the point where we need to start creating localized security forces just to protect ourselves from common street criminals, also known as the police.

Lady in Costco Shot to Death by Police

Police Officer William Mosher

A woman who was at the end of her shift handing out samples at a Costco in Virginia was shot to death by police on Wednesday the 29th.  Apparently she started acting very oddly according to co-workers, so they called the police in to the store for to help.  The woman started walking towards the officers with a knife and scissors in hand, very incoherent and not responding to their demands.  OBVIOUSLY this woman was going through some sort of mental break down.  However instead of helping, subduing, tasering, or tackling her, they proceeded to shoot the woman 5 times.

Is this policy?  Are police even trained in how to deal with people with mental disorders?  If they aren't, should they even be allowed to respond to calls in which a mentally disturbed person is involved?  Can they not make a better judgment in cases like this?  Two armed men aren't able to subdue one frail lady?  They had to shoot her in order to keep themselves safe?

The woman was from the Philippines where her family is mourning this tragic death.  The following statement was submitted Thursday by the Philippine Embassy regarding the shooting:
"The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines extends its deepest sympathy to the family of Mylene De Leon Scott, a member of the Filipino-American Community, who was shot dead by police officers responding to a reported disturbance inside the Costco Wholesale Store in Sterling, Virginia, on Wednesday, 29 May 2013."
Costco also released a statement:
"We are extremely saddened by the situation that occurred at the Costco warehouse in Sterling, Va., earlier today. We are treating this with the utmost sensitivity and are cooperating fully with the authorities as they gather more details on the events leading up to the shooting of our CDS associate. In the meantime, our thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was affected by this event."
It horrifies me that so many immigrants are being murdered by police recently, it is terrible to have to hear tales of their family members half way around the world having to hear these stories though the news and as a side note.  "Police responded to a call at a Costco on Wednesday and oh BTW they killed your daughter".
The rest of the world must be looking at America as a truly scary place to be, a country where you are  8 times more likely to be killed by a police officer than a terrorist.  It is one thing if you are scared to be killed by a terrorist bombing in Iraq, it is a completely other thing when you have to be scared that the people who are supposed to be protecting you are more likely to murder you than save you.
Adam Kokesh reported this story yesterday on his podcast and made a very telling statement.  Unless you are ready to see an innocent person killed right in front of you, do not call the police unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary.
Read more about the story at NBC.
As I research this a bit more it ends up the officers are claiming she had a gun, of course that gun was never removed from it's holster, but I guess nowadays just having a gun on you is enough reason to be shot 5 times in the back.

Ibragim Todashev

While this story is over a week old now, new "evidence" is coming out damning the federal agents in what was already a pretty disturbing and detrimental investigation on their part.  To keep the story simple, a friend of the elder of the suspected Boston Bombers, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, was interviewed by FBI agents on May 22nd.  They proceeded to shoot the man in the head 7 times during the interview for unspecified reasons.  Multiple excuses came out claiming he attempted to attack the agent, that he had a knife, that he was intimidating etc etc etc.  Of course the real story is being leaked out slowly but surely by other officers on the scene.  According to InfoWars

“We have confirmed through senior sources within the FBI that Ibragim was indeed unarmed when he was shot seven times in the head, what appear to be even in the back of the head,” Hassan Shibly, executive director of the CAIR Florida, told USA Today. “That’s very disturbing.”

Getting in to the back story they also report:
Ibragim Todashev was an acquaintance of Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the alleged terrorist who was killed in Watertown, Massachusetts, following the Boston Marathon bombing. On May 22, we reported that Todashev was killed by the FBI during interrogation in Florida.
Khusn Taramiv, a friend of Todashev, told WESH-TV in Orlando that Todashev felt he would be shot by the FBI. “He felt inside he was going to get shot,” Taramiv said. “I told him, ‘Everything is going to be fine, don’t worry about it.’ He said, ‘I have a really bad feeling.”
The FBI initially claimed its agents had killed Todashev in self defense during questioning. On Wednesday, however, the agency said the Chechen was unarmed.
“Law enforcement officials said Todashev was in the process of confessing to a 2011 triple murder in Waltham, Mass., and was working on writing out the details of the crime when he snapped and turned violent,” WESH.com reported. “Officials said Todashev pushed a table and possibly threw a chair.”

So because this guy supposedly pushed a table and threw a chair he got shot 7 times.  The multiple officers on scene were not able to, I don't know, subdue him?  He had no weapons and was surrounding by men with guns yet he thought it was in his best interest to attack them?  First off, this story smells fishier each time I read about it, while he definitely had no weapons I doubt he even threw a table or chair. Secondly, the likely hood of him being in the process of admitting to a triple homicide when this murder occurred are VERY slim.  Yet in this new America, after a guy is killed or maimed to the point  not being able to speak, the federal government can then reveal that they admitted to crimes with the public just nodding and agreeing.

Dzhokhar Tamerlan did not write a admission of guilt inside of the boat he was bleeding to death in.  He also did not write anything of the sort while in custody.  Yet the government claims he did, and for all intensive purposes he might as well have.  The same goes for Ibragim, while he most likely never admitted to anything, since he is dead now the government will tell the story as they please.  So instead of admitting they murdered an unarmed man they spin the tale to give an impression that this man was evil.  He admitted to the murder of three people before the feds killed him, so don't worry he was a bad guy!  Ugh.
Chechen lawyer Zaurbek Sadakhanov characterized the killing an extrajudicial execution. “Why was he interrogated three times without a lawyer? Why no recording? Why seven shots? And why should I believe their version? Why do American policemen believe they can do whatever they want?”

Police Shoot and Kill Concerned Neighbor

Information Liberation covered this story so well that I see no reason to paraphrase or quote them.  Instead I will repost their post here because this story is sickening.

A grandfather checking on his neighbor is shot and killed by Fort Worth police. The shots rang out early Tuesday morning near Woodhaven Country Club, in east Fort Worth.

Those close to the family say the victim lived nearby and heard his neighbor’s burglar alarm. Neighbor Jerry Wayne Waller then apparently went outside to see what was going on.

The 72-year-old man didn’t even make it to the house across the street before he was shot. He died on his own property.

The neighbors in the Woodhaven Country Club area and generally know each other pretty well. Becky Haskin, a former Fort Worth City Councilmember, lives in the area and said she believes Waller, “…was doing what neighbors do probably checking on the neighbor that the alarm went off.”

The elderly man, who was armed at the time, was shot and killed in his own driveway by police responding to a burglary call. “We heard five shots,” Haskin recalled. They were just rapid fire one after the other.”

Speaking on the incident Fort Worth police Cpl. Tracey Knight said, “Officers felt threatened by the man with the handgun and he was shot.”

After the shooting Haskin said, “The police officers were sobbing uncontrollably and very distraught.”

No officer's were sobbing and distraught.  They went home and fell asleep just as they do any other night.  But it's a nice way to ty and spin the story for the public I guess.

Police Attack a Boy Holding a Puppy

With all the risks involved in becoming a police officer this one has to take the cake.  An African American teen in Miami-Dade was attacked and arrested by officers who felt threatened by him.  So what was he threatening them with, a gun, a knife, a bat, a hammer?  What in the world could it have been?  According to the Miami News Times:

Fourteen-year-old Tremaine McMillian didn't threaten police. He didn't attack them. He wasn't armed. All the black teenager did was appear threatening by shooting Miami-Dade police officers a few "dehumanizing stares," and that was apparently enough for the officers to decide to slam him against the ground and put him in a chokehold.

Sounds similar to the dehumanizing stares officers around the country shoot to each and every citizen they pass each day.  The article goes on to say:

McMillian says he was carrying a six-week old puppy at the time and couldn't have been clenching his fists because he was feeding the dog with a bottle. He claims that during the confrontation the dog's front left paw was injured while officer forcibly separated him from the dog.

So not only are they attacking a teenager for the way he looked at them, they also injured a puppy, a PUPPY!  Police officers are truly a sordid bunch.   The police statement went something a bit like this:

"At that point we are not concerned with a puppy," Zabaleta told the station. "We are concerned with the threat to the officer."

Yeah, the threat to officers... a vicious puppy and a teenager with a dehumanizing stare.

Police Steal Homeless Peoples Only Possessions

Each and every day the police give citizens more reasons to think that they are part of a useless profession which is around solely to harass and intimidate people.  This latest story comes out of England, but I could not ignore it.  The police state is a world wide problem, America just so happens to be the land I was born in and spend the most time trying to defend from tyranny.  However with the world so interconnected it is impossible to ignore stories from abroad.

This particular tale depicts officers stealing the last possession of homeless people sleeping on the street.  The cops participated in a late night raid in which they stole their sleeping bags and food parcels that were donated by good samaritans.

Ilford Recorder explains the situation as such:
Adam Jaskowiak was one of the men targeted and said he pleaded with police to be able to keep his things but was ignored.
He was sleeping with eight other people finding shelter for the night in the former Ilford Baths in High Road, Ilford.
All of their belongings were bundled into a police car leaving the men, one in his 60s, stunned.
They go on to report:
But Mr Jaskowiak, 34, said: “They were just taking the sleeping bags and chucking out everything. I asked to keep it and the food, but they said ‘no’.
“I just grabbed as many of my things as possible and put them into a bag and ran.”
Talk about the complete opposite of serving the public and helping those in need.  I guess someone could argue that if these people are not working they are not paying taxes so therefore not supporting the police monetarily.  However I was not aware that the only people that could get the help of police officers were tax payers, I thought they were here to protect people, period.  Have the police truly become a paid service only working for the rich?

What good does stealing the meager possession of a handful of homeless people do?   Does anyone actually think this will get them off the street, as if they made a choice to be homeless?  Why are cops allowed to steal from people?  Who gave this order and under what rule of law was it deemed proper?  If there is a law that states something regarding having sleeping bags and food outdoors, it is a horrendous rule that middle class yuppies allowed to be put in to place because they have no empathy or regard for people they deem lesser than them.
Then we wonder why the world elite treat us like insects to be controlled and manipulated.  They see us in the same manner many middle class folks see the homeless.  So welcome to the new world order, one in which people who make $30,000 a year hate those who do not work and live on the streets, those who make $100,000 a year hate those who need welfare to help supplement their meager income, those who make a million a year scoff at lowly execs with 6 figure incomes and lastly the mega billionaires piss on us all.

Adam Kokesh Calls for "The Final American Revolution"

UPDATE: 5/18:
He's FREE!

On Saturday, May 18th Adam Kokesh was kidnapped by federal thugs and imprisoned on false charges.  Adam is the host of a popular talk show titled Adam vs the Man.  He is a libertarian ex-marine who adamantly speaks against the federal governments illegal activities.  Not too long ago Kokesh called for a peaceful open carry march on D.C. in order to reenforce our rights as Americans to carry a gun.  Not to mention to call attention to the fact that the Supreme Court already ruled that the laws banning open carry in D.C. are unconstitutional.

So with all of this as the back story, last Saturday Kokesh and his crew were at a marijuana rally in Philadelphia in order to bring attention to the failed drug war.  During his keynote speech goons in costumes surrounded him and dragged him off to prison.  Their reasoning, according to the court records is that he "assaulted a federal officer" they also decided to add on resisting arrest.  Go ahead and do me a favor, watch the video below and see for yourself just how peacefully Adam went along with these goons.

For a week now Kokesh has been held in solitary confinement.   Along with one of his partners in "crime" N.A. Poe.  The two of have been held as political prisoners on bogus charges.  Poe was actually just released recently, but Kokesh's destiny is still up in the air.  The idea behind the arrest is to keep them away from their audience and hopefully destroy the open carry march.  Their secondary goal is to hit him with a felony so they can take away his guns.  Due to the fact that he would not answer questions in regards to where he lives and how many guns he owns, bail has been denied.  Along with the fact that the judge claimed he had past drug issues.

So when being arrested it is now policy to ask about someones possessions?  Do you own a car?  Do you own a television?  Do you own a set of knives?  Do you own guns?  None of this has anything to do with his arrest and should not have anything to do with the decision to set bail.

As Adam stood in front of the judge for a second time and was asked if he would like a court appointed lawyer, he stood silent and refused to answer.  Talk about having morals and sticking to them.  Why answer a question from a criminal who is only trying to make you incriminate yourself?  Why admit to needing a lawyer when in reality this is all a hoax and no matter what lawyer he gets the court system already has sentenced him for all intensive purposes.

As of yesterday the goal of the federal government to stop the armed march has backfired.  The latest statement from Adam Kokesh reads as such:

“When a government has repeatedly and deliberately failed to follow its own laws, violated the fundamental human rights of its citizens, threatened the sanctity of a free press, created institutions intended to eliminate privacy of communication, waged war at the behest of special interest that threatens the public safety, killed hundreds of children with drone strikes, imprisoned and destroyed the lives of countless individuals for victimless crimes, stifled economic opportunity to maintain the dominance of the financial elite, stolen from the people through an absurd system of taxation and inflation, sold future generations into debt slavery, and abused its power to suppress political opposition, it is unfit to exist and it becomes the duty of the people to alter or abolish that government by whatever means necessary to secure liberty and ensure peace.
“A new American revolution is long overdue. This revolution has been brewing in the hearts and minds of the people for many years, but this Independence Day, it shall take a new form as the American Revolutionary Army will march on each state capital to demand that the governors of these 50 states immediately initiate the process of an orderly dissolution of the federal government through secession and reclamation of federally held property. Should one whole year from this July 4th pass while the crimes of this government are allowed to continue, we may have passed the point at which non-violent revolution becomes impossible.
“The time to sit idly by has passed. To remain neutral is to be complicit, just doing your job is not an excuse, and the line in the sand has been drawn between the people, and the criminals in Washington, D.C. While some timid souls will say that it is too early, that we can solve this problem through democratic means provided by government, that current levels of taxation are reasonable for the services provided, and that the crimes of this government are merely a tolerable nuisance, it may already be too late.
“While there is risk in drastic action, the greater danger lies in allowing this government to continue unchallenged. So if you are content with the status quo, stay home, get fat, watch the fireworks from a safe distance, and allow this Independence Day to pass like any other. But if you see as we see, and feel as we feel, we will see you on the front lines of freedom on July 4th, 2013 for this, The Final American Revolution.”
Signed, Adam Kokesh, May 23, 2013 from a cage in the Philadelphia federal prison.

Cops Arrest 7 Kids for Throwing Water Balloons

“How he was taken down was the most disturbing because they took him down by his neck and slammed him,”

What was the horrendous crime that merited an officer of the law to slam a 16 year old boy to the ground?  A water balloon fight of course.  This reminds me ever so much of the man who was arrested for releasing balloons in to the air a few months ago.  Police truly have nothing better to do than harass other wise innocent people and treat them as if they are common scum.  The officers also seem to believe that it is their job to teach people lessons.  It is not an officers job to teach anyone anything, they should not feel as if they are there to mold the public in to their ideal world.  They are there to protect the public and protecting it from water balloons seems like quite a waste of time to me.

The Raw Story explains the issue as such:

Seven teenage students in North Carolina were arrested on Thursday and charged with a misdemeanor for throwing water balloons during a school prank. A parent was also arrested during the incident.

Six of the teens were charged with disorderly conduct. The seventh was charged with assault and battery for hitting a school security officer with a balloon.

The parent who was arrested, Kevin Hines, told WBT News 13 he saw officers acting aggressively as he drove up to the school. Hines said he tried to enter the school to talk to the principle about the situation occurring outside, but police stopped him and threatened him with a stun gun. He was charged with second-degree trespassing.

So as officers are harassing, humiliating and bringing harm to children a concerned parent tries to make sure the kids are alright.  What happens, he is arrested.  Who in this situation is actually looking out for the public well being?  I think the answer is pretty obvious.

Woman Died on Courthouse Floor

In a terrifying story coming out of St. Clair, Alabama, a woman fell to the ground in a court house and died while begging for her medicine.  According to AlterNet:

A woman died on a courthouse floor because Alabama sheriff's deputies refused to give her her medicine - after arresting her for an old traffic ticket, the woman's daughter claims in court.

This story is all the more scarier considering literally anyone could be taken in for an old ticket.  Then next thing you know the police are treating you like scum, as if you are a violent criminal.  They couldn't care less about your medical needs or your pain, because you are their prisoner.

The article goes on to say:

London claims her mother, Dwana Voncia London-Richardson, died gasping for breath in court after callous and unconstitutional treatment from the defendants.
Richardson suffered from asthma and other serious health problems, but the defendants refused to give her her medication, accused her of faking, and let her die in the courtroom, her daughter claims.
That's just the tip of the ice berg though, as the victim here had been begging for her medicine for days while being held in custody.
London claims that when she visited her mom in jail two days earlier, her mother could hardly walk, had trouble breathing and complained of pain in both legs.
London claims the jail staff refused to give her mom her asthma medication and stopped other inmates from helping her.
Corrections officers who not only refuse to help an inmate, but actively stop other inmates from helping either.  These people find true pleasure in torturing their prisoners.  Whether they are there for drugs, rape or unpaid tickets, to corrections officers, police, and the criminal justice system these people are lying scum.  They deserve everything they get.

That's why when a woman like this dies, or a suspect gets beat to death while begging for his life, police fight tooth and nail claiming they were doing their job to the book.  These officer's could not care less about helping people or keeping the peace.  They are eager to find heads to smash and minorities to harass.  So when one of these victims of police brutality dies the officers wash their hands at night and sleep tightly knowing they did their job.

On the morning of her court date:
London says the deputies still refused to take her mom to the hospital, and said she would be locked up if she didn't keep her court date.
So because of these officers actions the following couple of lines are the end of this poor ladies story...
"After sitting in the courtroom waiting for about twenty minutes, Ms. Richardson stated that she 'could not take anymore,' and she told deputy/jailer Doe that she needed help.
"Ayunna also pleaded with deputy/jailer Doe to get someone to help her mother.
"Deputy/jailer Doe responded as though he believed Ms. Richardson was just putting on.
"Ms. Richardson then stated 'I need to lay down.'
"Ms. Richardson laid down on the courtroom floor and her body started to shaking.
"Deputy/jailer Doe took no action to assist Ms. Richardson or to clear the courtroom.
"Everyone in the courtroom watched as Ms. Richardson died in court, on the courtroom floor.

One Month Later

Watertown, MA

It has been a little over a month since I last updated DeKalb Police State.  After the Boston Bombing caused a complete police state take over of Watertown, Massachusetts, I considered for a moment the idea that since the take over is here, what sense did it make for me to call attention to myself for speaking out against it?
Oakland, CA

Ten days after the Boston Bombing police in Oakland, California decided to shut down a lower income neighborhood in order to conduct searches for illegal guns and wanted persons. Any innocent civilians in the neighborhood just had to endure the lock down in order to bring a few people to "justice."

Less than two weeks later in Cotati, California, police were responding to a domestic disturbance call.  When they arrived at the home, both husband and wife claimed everything to be fine and that their children were playing in the yard.  When the couple would not allow police to enter the home, officers proceeded to bust in the door and taser the man.  They then arrested him for... not allowing police to enter his home without a warrant?

California is really keeping it classy in 2013.  On May 13th in Kern County local police beat a man to death with their batons as he pleaded for his life.  They then went on to confiscate the video footage that local residence took as they awoke in the middle of the night to screams of bloody murder.

And those are just the highlights.  With what follows I could not continue to ignore these atrocities and if writing this blog reaches anyone at all it contributes more than just staying silent.

In Concord, Califronia police killed a man fleeing from suspected drug related charges.

A high school student in Minnesota was maced *and* tasered by two police officers.

Texas cops order woman to ID herself at her own front door.

Meanwhile in San Antonio, Texas police beat a woman, and then threaten her brother for trying to record it.

All the way up in Kodiak, Alaska troops shoved and arrested a woman who demanded they leave her property.

In Richmond County, Georgia a man was arrested for not rolling his window all the way down.

Then there's the 20 year old "rapper" from Methuen, Massachusetts whose lyrics could land him in prison for 20 years.

Another incident involving a slightly more realistic rapper in Fayetteville, North Carolina had an under cover cop arrest the man for not allowing him to smell his Arizona Iced Tea.

What a month, we'll end things on a bright note though with young citizen Jeremy here who questions an officer on his choice to park on a side walk when there was no emergency.
