Police Abduct a Woman and Say They'll Apologize If She Doesn't File Suit

...?!

Information Liberation comes through with the news no one else covers as always...

This poor woman had the police show up at her house claiming they had a warrant for her 11 year old son.  Ends up they had no warrant.  So when she asked to see said document instead of telling the truth or even lying again, they arrested her.

The quote that follows really shows everything you'll ever need to know about American "police".

"I told him, 'I will release my son to you upon viewing those orders.' Those were exactly my words," The complainant said. "He said, 'This is how you want to play?' He took two steps back, turned around to the officer and said, 'Take her.' They turned me around, handcuffed me, and took me in."

'Take her"...

It's as simple as that, she did nothing wrong, broke no laws, as a matter of fact the police were about to break the law with their claims of a warrant when they had none, so instead of admitting they are wrong, they "take her".  They abducted her is what they did, leaving her 11 year old son at home, because they had NO WARRANT!

This is absolutely unacceptable.

McDonald said the Slaton Police Department will issue an apology as long as the mother agrees not to file a lawsuit. He said unless she is compensated for her expenses and the trauma she's been through, a lawsuit won't be out of the question.

Who the fuck needs an apology, sue the fuck out of them!

Stop G8

We're moving in to an entirely new world here, one where protesters can be arrested before the protest!  A group of anti-G8 protestors were holed up in an abandoned building preparing for next weeks political actions where "representatives" from the 8 most powerful nations in the world get together to talk about how they are going keep the rest of the world in poverty.  While squatting is technically illegal, or whatever (abandoned buildings should just sit empty while homeless people sleep in the streets of course), did 100 officers in riot gear have to show up to disband these protesters?

The Guardian reports:

Riot police have forced their way into a building in central London where anti-G8 protesters were squatting.

Officers using cutting equipment moved against the squatters just before 1.40pm on Tuesday after a standoff lasting more than three hours.
A protester wearing a bandana shouted "freedom" from the window as police tried to cut and bludgeon their way in. At least 21 protesters were brought out, including one on crutches. None appeared to
offer any resistance.
More than 100 officers in riot gear had surrounded the building, believed to be a former police station.
The most concerning part of this story to me is as follows:
Officers closed Beak Street, off Regent Street, refusing to let members of the media near the building, where some protesters were holding a meeting. A police helicopter hovered overhead.
It is becoming routine for police to tell media to stay away from whatever situation it is they are partaking in.  The police claim this is to keep suspects from getting intel from the television or to keep the reporters safe, or whatever bullshit reason they claim at any given moment.  In reality this is to keep police safe.  Safe from the prying eyes of the public who will try and hold them responsible for illegal action they are sure to take at some point.

The police do not want the media around because they know at any moment they may decide to just burn everyone in the building alive.
That last statement is a little extreme as we are dealing with British police, not the LAPD, however the idea behind it is completely valid.  Police do not want to be caught doing something illegal, so they tell media to stay back while they handle 20 some odd, unarmed, peaceful protesters. All this time the officers are dressed as if they are ready for war!

Bilderberg: Just the Facts... and My Opinion!

Definition of a Power Elite: ‘A group of men, similar in interest and outlook, shaping events from invulnerable positions behind the scenes.’ C. Wright Mills

The Bilderberg Meeting is that secretive, closed door, smoke filled room, where a select few control the entire world.  You may think that sounds crazy, but just take a look at some of the direct quotes Bilderberg members have been attributed to.

“Today, Americans would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order; tomorrow, they will be grateful. This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all people of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil….individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by their world government.” ~ Henry Kissinger

“Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure – one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.” ~ David Rockfeller

“…somebody has to take governments’ place, and business seems to me to be a logical entity to do it.” – David Rockefeller

“people, governments and economies of all nations must serve the needs of multinational banks and corporations. (The Constitution is) inadequate….the old framework of international politics, with their sphere of influence….the fiction of sovereignty….is clearly no longer compatible with reality….” ~ Zbigniew Brzezinski

They're pretty honest and open about it, the problem is, no one is listening.  Well not no one exactly, Jim Tucker spent years trying to reveal this operation.  Alex Jones continues the mission along side Luke Rudkowski and Paul Joseph Watson.  Oh yeah and thousands if not millions of people world wide who are awakening to this scam every single day.

Wikipedia describes Bilderbergs origins as such:

The original conference was held at the Hotel de Bilderberg in Oosterbeek, Netherlands, from 29 to 31 May 1954. It was initiated by several people, including Polish politician-in-exile Józef Retinger, concerned about the growth of anti-Americanism in Western Europe, who proposed an international conference at which leaders from European countries and the United States would be brought together with the aim of promoting Atlanticism – better understanding between the cultures of the United States and Western Europe to foster cooperation on political, economic, and defense issues.

A full list of attendees can be found here, but some of the more notable Bilderbergers are:

* George W. Ball (1954-1992), former U.S. diplomat

* John Edwards
* Gerald Ford
* Bill Clinton (1991), former US President, 1993 - 2001
* Jon Corzine (1995 - 1997, 1999, 2003, 2004), former US Senator, current Governor of New Jersey
* Richard N. Haass (1991, 2003, 2004), president, Council on Foreign Relations
* Lee H. Hamilton (1997), former US Congressman
* Christian Herter (1961, 1963, 1964, 1966), former Secretary of State
* Joseph E. Johnson (1954), former President, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
* Henry Kissinger (1957, 1964, 1966, 1971, 1973, 1974, 1977-2003, 2004, 2005-2008), Secretary of State, 1973 - 1977
* Sam Nunn (1996, 1997), former US Senator
* Rick Perry (2007), Current Governor of Texas
* Kathleen Sebelius, Kansas governor and nominee for the the Health and Human Services secretary post
* Timothy Geithner, Treasury Secretary
* Lawrence Summers, Director of the National Economic Council
* Paul Volcker, Chair of the President's Economic Recovery Advisory Board
*Hillary Clinton (2008) Former Secretary of State 2009-2013
* Barack Obama (2008), US President 2009-Present
* Jeff Bezos (2013) Founder Amazon.com
* Eric Shmidt (2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013) Executive Chairman of Google
* David Petraeus (2013) US Army General

Slightly odd how Barack and Hilary met at Bilderberg in 2008 just before they became the puppet government of the US.

The guest list was to be drawn up by inviting two attendees from each nation, one of each to represent conservative and liberal points of view. Fifty delegates from 11 countries in Western Europe attended the first conference, along with 11 Americans.

Stop me if I sound crazy.  But that simple, straight forward definition from Wikipedia sounds alot like a shadow government to me.   Representatives from different countries meeting together to make decisions without any approval from citizens who do not even know these unelected representatives motives.

The success of the meeting led the organizers to arrange an annual conference. A permanent steering committee was established, with Retinger appointed as permanent secretary. As well as organizing the conference, the steering committee also maintained a register of attendee names and contact details, with the aim of creating an informal network of individuals who could call upon one another in a private capacity.

Networking, everyone does it.  Yet when the 150 most powerful people on the planet get together to share their contact info it seems a bit more ominous to me.  Elected officials who are legally obligated not to meet with any other countries elected officials in any sort of unofficial manor, are getting together to say, "Hey if you need anything, just give me a ring, I can get past those pesky laws and regulations don't worry."

Bilderberg has an official website, the secret organization that was supposedly just a conspiracy theory now has a website.  The official word on the site as to what Bilderberg is goes a little something like this:

Founded in 1954, Bilderberg is an annual conference designed to foster dialogue between Europe and North America.
Every year, between 120-150 political leaders and experts from industry, finance, academia and the media are invited to take part in the conference. About two thirds of the participants come from Europe and the rest from North America; one third from politics and government and the rest from other fields.
The conference is a forum for informal, off-the-record discussions about megatrends and the major issues facing the world.
Thanks to the private nature of the conference, the participants are not bound by the conventions of office or by pre-agreed positions. As such, they can take time to listen, reflect and gather insights.
There is no detailed agenda, no resolutions are proposed, no votes are taken, and no policy statements are issued.

The 61st Bilderberg meeting will take place at the beginning of June 2013 in the UK.

The site even has a brief history of the meetings dating back to 1954.  Just to give an idea of what a typical meeting's agenda looks like we can take a look at last years gathering in Virginia.

I could have sworn the description on the front page of the site said there were no specific agenda's, yet this looks exactly like an agenda to me.  Unless of course it is minutes of what ended up being discussed, but for some reason I doubt that.

The rabbit hole runs deep on this issue so I could go on forever.  However what I'd rather do is leave you with some links and videos to spark a flame in order to allow you to do further investigation in to this matter on your own.

Adam Kokesh Arrested AGAIN!

Adam Kokesh ‏@adamkokesh 1h
Thanks so much! It was a quick cite & release! I'm free, & they were unusually nice & expedient. RT @mnjreeve: "202 ..."

Yesterday at Joint Summit with President Choom, Mr. Adam Kokesh was yet again brought in to custody by goons in costumes.  This video is slightly more entertaining than the last if you ask me and a bit less enraging since really, he was asking for it this time.  The thing that still bothers me is the selective enforcement, he wasn't the only one smoking yet it seems as if he was the only one taken in. As always much respect to Adam for his balls of steel and willingness to stand up for what is right with dozens of law enforcement agents at the ready to bring him in.

Joint Summit with President Choom

"Law enforcement resources would be better spent addressing serious crimes instead of arresting adults for using a substances objectively less harmful than alcohol."

Today is the Joint Summit with President Choom from 3:30 to 4:30 at the White House itself.  If you are in the D.C. area and support the cause it is a event not to be missed.

In honor of this incredible show of civil disobedience we shall go over some of the statistics the drug war has lumped on us as a nation.  According to The Austin Chronicle:

From 2001-2010, a record 8 million people were arrested on marijuana charges, 88% for possession only, with blacks arrested far more often than are whites

In 2010 alone, 750,000 arrests – nearly half of the 1.7 million drug arrests nationwide – were pot related. That's one arrest every 37 seconds, according to the report released this week.

After 40 years – and more than 40 million arrests total – pot-law enforcement has cost the U.S. more than $1 trillion; in just 2010, prohibition enforcement cost the U.S. – 50 states plus the District of Columbia – $3.6 billion, according to the report.

And these arrests – and associated costs – are felt even more strongly in minority communities: although blacks and whites use pot at roughly the same rate, across the country blacks are, on average, nearly four times as likely to be arrested on pot charges than are their white counterparts

In 2010:
New York - 103,000 arrest
Texas - 74,000 arrests
Florida - 58,000 arrests
California 57,000 arrests
Illinois 50,000 arrest

"Legalization is the smartest and surest way to end targeted enforcement of marijuana laws in communities of color, and, moreover, would eliminate the costs of such enforcement while generating revenue for cash-strapped states,"

Deaf Woman's Face Beaten Black and Blue

(And she's the one being charged with assault!)

How in the world do they keep on getting away with this shit?  This poor woman is nearly deaf and was walking towards an officer who told her to stop.  She could not hear him so he beat her to the point at which you can see above.  He then followed that up by arresting her on charges of assaulting an officer for a supposed aggressive stance she took before he attacked her.

IS THIS A FUCKING JOKE?  This officer caused extensive facial bruising because of an aggressive stance?!

NY Daily News reports the situation as such:

A woman with mental and hearing disabilities dialed 911 for protection — from a cop's punches.

Megan Graham's face is still black and blue and swollen from the beating when an officer tried to restrain her last Monday.

"I had a concussion. I still have a hard time understanding how things got so out of control, so fast,"
The officer ordered her to get back in her vehicle from his running car, which she claims not to have heard because of her partial hearing impairment.

Suddenly the officer got out, lunged forward and grabbed her wrist, which she pulled back quickly before calling 911 to ask for help. Then she says she tried to explain that she suffers from disabilities and did not fully grasp what was happening.

"You attacked me before you said anything!" she can be heard saying in the 911 call. "There is no point whatsoever for you to touch me like that, especially with my condition, so how dare you even touch me?"

The officer can be heard saying repeatedly, "You are under arrest."

Graham, who says she was struck in the face three times, now faces felony charges for assaulting a police officer. Her arraignment is set for June 10 at 9 a.m., reported the local Federal Way Mirror newspaper.

The Federal Way police claim that as the officer approached Graham, she squared off in a fighter's stance and tried to hit him, at which point she retaliated.

It is disgusting how police officers have become a protected caste.  They are above the law, all they have to say is they felt threatened and whoever they want is charged with assault.  Not that it even need be said, but one of Megan's friends described her as follows:

"That woman doesn't have a violent bone in her body," Fenwick said. "She's got a heart of gold. If she would have understood the officer's commands in the first place, she would have absolutely complied with him."

Police Officers Kill and Injure Toddlers

(Picture Not Related to Story)

When a police officer takes it upon themselves to beat, maim and kill a person normally those people are at least of age, normally.  Many times they are young teens, sometimes they are children, in the two cases I am about the get in to, they were toddlers!  These are police officers who actively took actions that injured and killed toddlers, just another day on the job for them though.

Our first story comes from AlterNet.org:

A Philadelphia police officer beat a woman, injured her toddler and arrested her and her friend in May 2011, a newly filed federal lawsuit alleges.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports that Angelique Gerald-Porter was near her home watching a violent arrest that her friend, Salimah Milton, was videotaping. After Gerald-Porter got off her steps, a police officer told her to get back. According to the lawsuit, she complied, but the officer, Ian Nance, told her to walk to the end of the block. Gerald-Porter refused since she lived steps away.

Then Nance said: “This is our property right now," and took Gerald-Porter to the ground. In the ensuing altercation, Nance allegedly punched her in the stomach, and dragged her down her steps by her hair. Her two-year-old son was pinned beneath her and was kicked, according to the lawsuit. Gerald-Porter “was bloodied, her clothes torn and she was nearly naked in the street, the suit says. Gerald-Porter and her son were both treated for injuries at Lankenau Hospital,”
To add insult to injury the article goes on to say:
The officer named in the suit has been accused of physical abuse five times since 2008, but none of the complaints have been sustained.
In the second story involving an officer and an infant the baby was not so lucky.  The 8 month old was stuck in a burning home and when his father tried to run in and save him an officer on the scene tased the man. The 8 month old burned to death.
I am a father of a 7 month old, if my house was on fire I would risk anything to get my daughter out.  If a police officer stopped me from doing everything in my power to save her, I would murder him.  No questions, no hesitation, I would murder him on the scene and spend the rest of my life in jail.
