Cops Shoot Man Lying in His Bed

While this story occurred last year, it is being brought up for  further investigation this week and is well worth mentioning.  Two cops entered a home to arrest a man, then entered the mans roommates room and ended up shooting at him 20 times while he lie in his bed.

Did this man lying in his bed have a weapon, nope not at all.  Long story short, 16 of those 20 bullets entered the guys body, he is lucky to be alive.  What does the local police department claim?  They say the officers were justified, justified in shooting a man 16 times, while he lies in his own bed.
