Woman Forced To Strip And Serve Jail Time For Overdue Ticket

According to CBS:

A North Texas woman was handcuffed, stripped down and booked into jail – all because of an overdue traffic ticket.
It was just a ticket. Sarah Boaz was cited in August after an officer said she ran a stop sign.
***
Boaz’ expected trip to work Wednesday morning never happened. Because of her unpaid ticket, the Richland Hills City Marshal was waiting at her house with a warrant for her arrest. “I’m like, nobody puts out a bench warrant after 60 days. Why would you do that? You wouldn’t do that.”
Even when Boaz arrived at the jail, in handcuffs, she still didn’t think it was real. Then a female officer started giving her instructions. She remembered the officer saying, “’I’m going to need you to undress. I’m going to need you to stand against the wall. Please don’t step in front of this white box, or I’ll take that’… aggressive toward me. Obviously I am going to jail.”
***
Attorney Jason Smith told CBS 11 News though, there’s nothing requiring the city to put people in jail. “The constitution doesn’t keep the government or government officials from using common sense. Unfortunately, some police officers, some governments get overly aggressive because they want that ticket revenue.”
What a pathetic waste of tax payer money, police resources, and this woman's time and energy.  She ran through a stop sign a month before and because of this she deserves to be treated like a violent criminal?!
As her attorney stated, there is no rule stating that police need to arrest someone who has not paid a ticket.  They choose to.  Police officers are aggressive assholes who, if they did not start out as one, become control freaks that need to have power over everyone.

Police Officers Steal Sneakers, Cash and GTA 5 During Home Invasion.

Air Jordans in all sizes. Credit: mikebindrup via Flickr
According to InfoWars:
In yet another consequence of the ongoing War on Drugs, a veteran Ft. Worth, Texas police sergeant was arrested and accused of stealing a pair of Air Jordan basketball shoes during a drug raid after a similar pair was found in his house.
On Oct. 16, Sgt. Antoine Williams, 37, apparently took the shoes during a search for suspected drugs in a house on the 4800 block of Richardson Street in Ft. Worth, Texas, according to court documents as reported by NBCDFW.
***
“They didn’t find no drugs in the house at all,” Marquis Green, the target of the raid and the owner of the shoes, said. “They just took shoes that I ain’t ever worn.”
Green also said that besides the shoes missing from his closet, a new copy of the “Grand Theft Auto” video game and several thousand dollars also disappeared.
“They [are] the bad guys, really,” he added. “They just got a badge on their side; that’s the only thing.”
It should be noted that Williams is a supervisor for the department’s narcotics unit.
It is mentioned twice in this short snippet, but just take note that this is the departments supervisor that was caught stealing shoes.  If he is acting this way, how do you think his subordinates are behaving?
Police officers are among the most corrupt and morally devoid individuals in society.  Avoid them at all costs.  Learn to protect yourself, your family and your belongings because you sure as hell can't rely on the police to do their job.
They are too busy stealing sneakers and playing GTA 5.

Sonoma County Sheriff Murders 13 Year Old

According to Breitbart

Northern California sheriff's officials and family members say deputies shot and killed a 13-year-old boy who was carrying a replica assault weapon.

Two Sonoma County deputies saw the boy walking with the replica weapon around 3 p.m. Tuesday in Santa Rosa. Lt. Dennis O'Leary says they repeatedly ordered him to drop what appeared to be a rifle before firing several rounds.
The boy fell to the ground. Deputies handcuffed him and began administering first aid, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. O'Leary says deputies also found a plastic handgun in his waistband.
The boy's father, Rodrigo Lopez, told the Press Democrat of Santa Rosa the victim was his 13-year-old son, Andy.
The deputies have not been identified.
So these POS officers repeatedly ordered the boy to drop his rifle.  Did this boy ever threaten them with it, did he point it at them?  Or was he just carrying it?  If the boy didn't threaten anyone these officers had absolutely no right to open fire.
They are murderous scum who deserve the death penalty.

Americans Protest Police Brutality

According to RT:
Dozens of cities across the US have seen a national day of protest against police brutality. Organizers stated that thousands of people were killed in crackdowns over the last couple of decades, and police aren’t held accountable for the violence.
The demonstrators in Seattle burned flags, and the police had to disperse fights between the protesters and the anarchists who seemed to have taken advantage of the situation.
In Los Angeles, an angry mob stopped traffic across the city as part of the protest.
New York saw a largely peaceful rally, though activists expressed their outrage at continuing police violence.
“It’s not a gentle thing how they treat us, they treat us like animals, and that’s completely unwarranted, literally, unwarranted,” a young protester told RT.
***
“Hundreds every year are killed by the police, and the majority of them are unarmed, not involved in any criminal activity when they were killed. And also the majority of them were young, and either black or Latino,” Carl Dix, representative for ‘October 22 Coalition’ tom stop police brutality, indicated to RT.
***
“The mass media are very good at propaganda, so a lot of people are under the impression that people who have been stopped and frisked and are being gunned down are somehow criminals,” activist Gil Barosa told RT.
Americans are waking up and realizing that they have power, they have a voice and that they have the right to peacefully assemble to petition the government for a redress of grievances.  General occupations are turning into specialized movements.  While the October 22 movement has been around for a few years, I feel like this year it has attracted more attention than in the past.
Sadly it may be too late.
Many of you are awakening, but you're still just raising from your slumber wondering what it is that woke you up and what you can do about it.  It's great that the masses are finally joining us, I'm just scared that the more we start to demand change, the quicker the elites will drop the other shoe.  Such in the thin line we tread.

Sniper Teams Deployed to Keene New Hampshire Pumpkin Festival

Here in America even the most innocent of community activities can be suspected of harboring terrorists or extremist intent on causing harm to the masses.  Especially a community like Keene New Hampshire which boast of being a Libertarian capitol of the country or at least is labeled as such by others. In 2010, Lew Rockwell from the Mises Institut eendorsed the Free State Project project. He referred to the city of Keene, New Hampshire as "The northern capital of libertarianism"

Of course a libertarian enclave of like minded folks who just want their privacy and to live and let live is going to be targeted.  Earlier on this year Keene made national news when Mayor Kendall Lane was quoted as saying "We're going to have our own tank" as if they need one in a "quaint town of 23,000 -- scene of just two murders since 1999".  So it doesn't come as much surprise that a Pumpkin Festival in Keene had four sniper teams set up to keep an eye on the citizens.

50 Thousand Italians Protest in the Streets

According to RT:
Violence broke out between police and demonstrators in Rome as tens of thousands took to the streets to protest Italy’s new budget.
“We are laying siege to the city!” chanted the crowd, as a small minority pelted the police and government buildings with water bottles and eggs.
Police say they confiscated tear gas canisters and rocks from some of the radicals in the predominantly youthful crowd and found chains stashed away along the route of the march.
Organizers estimated that 70,000 people took part in the protest, while authorities placed the number closer to 50,000.
That's fucking awesome that they got so many people on the streets.  OWS was lucky to get 5,000 at their height, imagine what would have happened if 10 times that amount of people showed up!

NYPD Mistook Jolly Ranchers For Crystal Meth

According to The Smoking Gun:

A New York City man arrested this summer for possession of methamphetamine was actually carrying Jolly Rancher candies that cops mistook for a controlled substance, according to a federal civil rights lawsuit.

***

Four of the rocks were blue, while two were red.

***

Kenneth Smith, Olatunjiojo’s lawyer, told TSG that the Jolly Ranchers were in their “individual wrappers” when seized by police.
Olatunjiojo, who is of African descent, was charged with drug possession. He spent 24 hours in custody before being released on his own recognizance on the misdemeanor count.
***
One of the arresting officers “has had professional testing as a police officer in the identification of methamphetamine.”
***
Olatunjiojo’s friend, who was also carrying Jolly Ranchers, was similarly arrested on a drug possession count, said Smith, who added that the criminal charge was subsequently dropped. A third man was busted for interfering with police as they arrested his two friends. That man, Smith said, exclaimed to cops that, “It’s candy!”
Olatunjiojo alleges that his false arrest, strip search, and unlawful imprisonment has resulted in “emotional trauma” and “severe mental pain and anguish.”
I swear to god this seems like an article from The Onion.  What kind of dumb ass police officers think that candies, still in their wrapper identifying what they are, could possibly be methamphetamine?!  Then they have the audacity to say they have “had professional testing as a police officer in the identification of methamphetamine.”
They obviously need better training not only in being a police officer but in common sense and the ability to use their eyes.

Chilean Students Clash with Police

According to RT:
Thousands of protesters filed through the center of the Chilean capital of Santiago on Thursday during a mass student march, clashing with police. Dozens of demonstrators were arrested.
Officials believe some 18,000 demonstrators took part in the march, which was organized by the Confederation of Chilean Students (CONFECH) and two secondary school student groups, Aces and Cones. The demonstration resulted in 34 arrests while 14 police officers were said to be hurt, according to La Tercera.
World wide from Turkey to Brazil, Canada to France people are taking to the streets.  It has become so common that now that Chile is taking part in the action people are so desensitized to it that it seems to be just another student revolt.
However in reality for each individual country these revolts are a major step towards freeing themselves from their political over lords.  I can't wait till America gets it together and goes beyond Occupations and Tea Parties and truly shows the system what we think of them.

Million Veteran March

UPDATE 10/15/2013:
According to LewRockwell:

The Obama Administration sent out the Metropolitan DC police to forcefully remove or arrest aging military veterans from their own monuments.
The cops were out in force armed with guns, stun guns, clubs, tear gas and riot helmets. When it came to the point of the veterans refusing orders to disperse or to discontinue their dismantling park service barricades the cops simply backed off of their mission and allowed the veterans to carry on.
First and foremost the veterans were peaceful and did not represent a public safety threat. They simply made a strong stand against the fascist Obama junta.
In a stunning display of disobedience the police actually stood down rather than engage in violence against the veterans.  There can be no doubt that Whitehouse officials are livid that the cops allowed the veterans to dump hundreds of barricades at the entrance of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

ORIGINAL 10/14/2013:
According to The Examiner:

On Sunday, documentary filmmaker Dennis Michael Lynch alleged multiple instances of police brutality at the "Million Vets March" in Washington, D.C.

According to Lynch, he and "several women" were assaulted by police during the protest.
***
He emphasized the veterans and the other protesters were not violent.
"They were honest, true, respectful to those around them and NEVER ONCE did anyone lift a hand," he added.
Lynch also said he witnessed officers "whack" an older women with night clubs in a scene he described as "out of control."
Later, he said he "misreported."
"My last post said I witnessed a woman get whacked with a night stick. What I should of said was 'several women,'" he posted.
Just another day in America as costumed goons who supposedly keep us safe are sent out to harass 90 year old veterans who actually did fight to keep us safe.  While they're at it those POS cops of course find the time to bash some poor women with night clubs, why else get in to this line of work if not to hit innocent people and get away with it?
On a brighter note the Million Veteran March was a great success, check out the videos below!

Atlantic City Police allow K-9 To Chew Guys Head into "Hamburger Helper"

According to The Press of the Atlantic City:

Terri Castellani said her son still wore those handcuffs when, hours later, she visited him in the hospital after authorities allowed the 20-year-old to call home. His back and head “looked like Hamburger Helper,” she said, with more than 200 stitches needed to close his wounds.

I read about this story a bit over a week ago, after watching the video and hearing the victim's mothers description of the wounds I was so disgusted I could not continue to think about the brutal beating this guy got at that point.  Since then I've seen it brought up on a couple of other sites I follow, so I thought it was time to at least share the video, which I apologize for in advance...

Police Murder 80 Year Old Man In His Own Bed

According to KTLA:

The wife of an 80-year-old man who was shot dead by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies in a mistaken meth lab raid is planning to sue the county for $50 million, she said.
On the morning of June 27, detectives raided the couple’s home in unincorporated Littlerock, serving a search warrant granted because the property allegedly smelled of the ingredients used to make methamphetamine, according to sheriff’s department officials.
There’s a dispute about what exactly happened at the home in the 36600 block of 117th Street East (map), east of Palmdale, but Eugene Mallory ended up dead, shot six times.
No evidence of a meth operation was ever found, though sheriff’s officials say marijuana was found on the property.
On Friday, attorney James Bergener plans to announce his filing of a civil lawsuit on behalf of Mallory’s widow Tonya Pate against the sheriff’s department and the Los Angeles County Department of Coroner, which Pate says released Mallory’s remains to an out-of-state relative. Pate will ask for upwards of $50 million.
During the June raid, Mallory raised a semi-automatic handgun in response to deputies, who fired on him, the sheriff’s department said at the time. Two guns were recovered at the scene, according to sheriff’s department spokesman Steve Whitmore.
“Age does not preclude somebody from being aggressive toward deputies,” Whitmore said. “The lesson here is… don’t pull a gun on a deputy.”
Pate said Mallory, a former engineer with Lockheed Martin, respected law enforcement and would never have used a gun against officers.
“He would never point a gun at officers,” said Pate, 48. “Every day I stay in that house with that bloody bedroom … where I know he was taken from me for no reason.”
Mallory did own two guns that were in the house, Pate said. She said his glasses were beside his bed when he was killed, and could not have seen because of poor eyesight.
“He was shot in his bed before there was any warning given,” Bergener said..
Marijuana was found on another part of the property where Tonya’s lived, she said.
“There was a drug operation that was certainly going on in this house,” Whitmore said.
"...a drug operation that was certainly going on..." so we shot this man while he slept.  Case closed

Cops Bullying and Murdering the Developmentally Challenged

According to Salon:

On Jan. 12, Robert “Ethan” Saylor of Frederick County, Md., a 26-year-old man with Down syndrome and an IQ of 40, died of asphyxiation after a confrontation with three off-duty police officers. He was being restrained for attempting to see “Zero Dark Thirty” for a second time without a ticket. According to witnesses, Saylor’s last words included “it hurt” and “call my mom.”
Saylor’s ashes now sit in the family’s living room while the three officers continue their usual shifts. No charges have been filed.

Absolutely one of the saddest thing's Ive ever read are this mans last words.  "it hurt" and "call my mom" and yet somehow these thugs couldn't find it in their hearts to , I don't know, loosen up their grip and allow this man to breathe?  These are some evil son's of bitches who can murder a man with down syndrome over trying to movie hop.
In a similar story from The Argus Leader:

The Pierre police chief is defending an officer’s use of an electroshock weapon against an 8-year-old girl who was threatening to harm herself.

Parents of the child, who was with a baby sitter at the time, want the officer disciplined for using excessive force.

***

“Tasers are for grown adults, not 8-year-old girls,” said Bobby Jones, the child’s father. “They say it was for her own safety, but there is no justification for that.”

Of course there is more to this story than meets the eye, however the point I am trying to make here is that police officers around the nation are ill equipped and terribly trained in dealing with persons who have learning disabilities.  Instead of taking extra care with these individuals they are treating them like violent criminals who need to be strangled and tasered.

And just to push the matter here and prove that this is not even close to a rare occurrence this last article comes form Information Liberation:

"We felt like our family was totally violated by the sheriff's department and the school district," says Doug and Catherine Snodgrass of Temecula, California. Last December their 17-year-old autistic high school son was arrested after twice buying marijuana for an undercover Riverside county police officer.

The undercover operation, titled "Operation Glass House," spanned a few months and included undercover officers in three area high schools: Chaparral, Temecula Valley, and Rancho Vista Continuation. The officers posed as regular high school students and would ask other students for drugs. Twenty-two students were arrested - the majority of them are reported to be special needs students like the Snodgrass' son.

Cops in America are due for a rude awakening when the sleeping giant finally awakens and realizes the system they live under is in place to subdue and harass them.  The enforcers of such policies will be the first causalities of the coming war.

Police Murder Man in Diabetic Shock

According to Story Leak:

A Georgia man was shot and killed last Friday, when police, not paramedics, showed up to a medical emergency call made by the man’s fiance. Alcia Herron called 911 for an ambulance shortly after her fiance, 43-year-old Jack Lamar Roberson, took diabetes medication that worried her.

***

According to the Waycross Police Department, officers received an attempted suicide call involving a combative man. Police Chief Tony Tanner alleges Roberson jumped towards his officers with two weapons after ignoring commands to drop them. Roberson’s mother and fiance dispute the officers’ claims.

Just another reason to avoid calling 911 at all costs, chances are calling the police will only make a tense situation much worse.  The slightest emotional outbreak will cause a barrage of bullets from these so called "peace officers".

D.C's Capitol Hill Police Murder Unarmed, Mentally Disturbed Woman.

With every news station and web site in the world focusing on yesterdays car chase in D.C. there are plenty of sources to find information about this story. Many of them in very long winded articles that most people will not read entirely through.  So here is the condensed version.

A woman and her 18 month old child got caught up in a check point drill that D.C. area authorities had been participating in for a few days before the incident.  The authorities had placed barricades and check points all along Pennsylvania Avenue and this woman from Connecticut got very nervous as she approached them.  She attempted to turn around to leave the check point area at which point multiple officers pulled their guns on her.

Freaked out at having a gun pointed in her face the woman attempted a three point turn that ended up grazing a secret service member.  That is also the point in which she accidentally hit in to a barricade in front of the White House.  While trying to flea these D.C. goons pointing guns at her they opened fire on her vehicle even though there was no danger to any of the officers as she was driving away from them.

Dozens of police ended up chasing this poor woman  One of these idiotic officers smashed his car in to a barricade while her car was nowhere in site, all on his own accord.  After a tense lockdown of the area the woman's car crashed in to a median on the side of the road.  Instead of demanding she exit the vehicle or approaching the car with care the officers decided their best course of action was to open fire on the vehicle and kill this woman for the heinous crime of running from a gang of goons pointing guns at her.  As far as I know running from the police is not an offense punishable by death.  However these officers took it upon themselves to sentence and execute this woman on the spot.

So a scared, slightly mentally disturbed woman gets lost in the crazy traffic set up in D.C., officers then point guns at her which scared her in to fleeing and because of the car pursuit that followed they decided their best bet was to murder her when she had no weapons and her child in the back seat behind her.  Members of congress then applaud their brave actions and the news media tries to weave a tale of some crazed woman attempting to attack the White House and getting in to a gun fight with police.  In reality the only shots fired were by police and they murdered this poor woman for getting lost and scared.  Welcome to America.
